Can I-pill And Femilon Be Taken Together?

Question: Hi
I had unprotected sex with my wife on 1st Feb and after that she took I pill on 3rd Feb, meanwhile we didn't have sex. But eventually period got started from 3rd Feb and she started taking femilon pills as it was suggested by her gyno that it need to be started from the first date of her next cycle. Now my query is, is it harmful for her since she had taken I pill and femilon in the same day???

I pill is levonorgestrel which is one of the type of progesterone hormone and has no interaction with the oral contraceptive pills like femilon.
