Brief Answer:
You can start the regular activity- not strenuous

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Great to know that you have undergone Laparoscopic Appendectomy and has a good recovery.

This is very true that the Laparoscopy has changed all the scenario from long incisions, pain , slow recovery and all.

It is more than 3 weeks now.
You can certainly start the regular-routine activities like driving, walking nd daily chores of life.
You can also start your exercises, start from the lighter ones which have no straining on the abdominal musculature.

By 3 weeks the healing is complete. But it takes 3 months for the wounds to have a full strength as the healing remodeling continues. So you can start the strenuous exercises like weight-lifting after completion of 3 months. This will give a full strength and alleviate the fear of incisional hernia.

So carry on Boy- go ahead all the daily routines of life only at the moment.
