Hello,

Kindly let me know the value of MCV, MCHC, HB and other RBC parameters, folate and B12 levels in blood.
MCV usually rises due to flow folate or B12 levels. Their supplementation can lower its value.

Other causes like liver problem, Liver disease, Alcohol abuse, Myelodysplasia, Post-splenectomy, HIV or cancer drugs can also cause this. Kindly let me know any relevant medical history.
