No risk

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. Welcome to health care magic.
I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.

HIV is not transmitted by skin to skin contact or massage .You can allay fears of HIV/STDs. Touching anal area will not transmit HIV. There is no need to get tested for HIV or STDs.

You can get back to me for any clarification.

Thank you Doctor. However I have one last question, I have some bleeding above my anus from time to time and I did notice some dry blood on the tissue today. I am assuming still no risk? thankyou in advance once again.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.

If it is just massage then there is no risk even if you have bleeding wound. If she also had bleeding wound in her hand then there are minor chances. It is very unlikely as you would have noticed it.

You can get back for any clarification.

So Doctor what your saying is that she would also have to have a deep bleeding cut not mixed with oil in order for there to be a chance of infection. Okay thank you.

Hi

Yes. If both had bleeding wounds(wounds in her hands and area of contact in you) , then there are possibility of transmission of HIV. Otherwise there is no chance of transmission.
