Can HIV Or STD Be Contracted Through Protected Sex?
Question: I got infected after having protected sex wiith a sex worker in Germany.
Her vaginal fluid was in my groin area after the sexual act for 4-5 minutes.

3. vereinzelt proteus mirabilis
I had rashes, lost skin color, weight lost, body became loose, muscle twitching
Is this curable and what are the medecines whould I take to get it cured.

You had lot of lab investigations done.
First of all you had protected sex. So the chances of HIV/STD are negligible.
Your HIV reports 6 months after the exposure came nonreactive for both HIV 1 and HIV 2. So HIV infections had been ruled out beyond any doubt as your tests are well reliable and from reputed labs. Earliest symptoms of HIV can occur only after 3-4 weeks in the presence of infection and not earlier than that. So your symptoms are not related to HIV as well as any STDs as tests had proved the same.
The growth of bacteria are not related to STD organisms. It could be from the normal skin flora or from the vagina flora from her secretion or from the environment and during handling and not necessarily pathogenic.
Your change in color of the skin, muscle twitching and weight loss might be due to climate change you have been exposed recently and the unusual diet habits. You can have sex with your wife and you can play as usual with your son without any inhibition.
