Brief Answer:
Does not occur

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking once again on HealthcareMagic.

I would need to ask you if HIV is your only concern? There are various plant infections (infections that are damaging to plants) that we never need to bother about since we are not susceptible to such infections. Similarly, there are infections to which humans are susceptible and those infections are not necessarily ones that chicken need to bother about since they are not susceptible. HIV does not infect chicken and you may not worry about getting HIV from chicken.

I would be glad if you provide some details about your concern.

How did so many strains of mutation occur and how did hiv spread through the entire world. And how did it start in XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Explanation provided

Detailed Answer:
Mutations occur. But mutations have a scope. Have you ever heard of such a mutation wherein a human has given birth to a sheep or a horse has given birth to an elephant? Similarly, any virus will not mutate to anything else. The mutations therefore have a predictive range of outcome. In case of HIV or human immunodeficiency virus, it orginated from SIV or simian immunodeficiency virus. Simian means relating to apes. Apes are close to humans and so some mutations made it possible for them to infect humans. But humans and chicken are distant. Therefore you need not assume such a long gap to get bridged.

Regarding spread of HIV throughout the globe, humans are still susceptible and lack immunity to this virus. Needless to say, wherever it will be taken, it will spread and that is exactly how it has come to XXXXXXX
