Brief Answer:
Negligible chance of HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

No highly unlikely for HIV infection as per your case history. As the sex was protected and no oral sex there is no risk of HIV infection. You need not worry. But for your psychological advantage get Chlamydia, HSV 1 & 2, VDRL test done. It appears to be seasonal viral infection. You can take HIV test at 12 weeks post exposure only for your psychological benefit.

Take care

Hi doctor thanks a lot.My final question is about lymph node.I read in forums that ARS symptom includes swollen lymph nodes.when I searched my body I found bumps on four places two near my hip and two in my hand.My mom told its fat and my dad also have it.Is it fat as my mom told or is it lymph node? it's very small and its not painfully and easily movable and its under the skin and not visible just by seeing only felt by touching

Brief Answer:
See detailed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
It could possibly be viral infection with secondary bacterial infection. Amoxicillin clavulanic 625 mg thrice for 2 weeks. If swelling does not regress then FNAC advised to rule out tuberculosis.

Take care
