Can HIV Be Contracted Through Manual Sexual Stimulation During Oil Massage?

default
Posted on Fri, 29 Mar 2019
Question: Hi
Visit to a massage parlour.
The massagist put oil on my penis and gave ahandjob.
Whilst giving the handjob, she rubbed my penis and penis head on her one breast and nipple.
So she gave the handjob and was rubbing the penis on the breast and nipple.
nothing else happened.
Is there need for hiv testing.
If they was any fluid from the nipple. Does that transfer hiv to the rubbing penis.
i did not see or feel any fluids.but what fluids can they be on the nipples that can enter the penis from rubbing penis on the breasts and this lead to transfer of hiv?

Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is almost "nil" and need no testing for HIV.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Hand job is the safest sex activity. Rubbing against breast also has no risk for HIV. Breast fluid of a HIV infected individual can transmit the HIV infection with the prevalence of 20-25%. Not to all. That too, it is possible in the long run only and not with a single sucking as the infectious nature of breast fluid is far less than that of semen or blood of an infected individual. But contact with breast fluid over penis cannot transmit the infection as long as there is no ulcer or abrasion over the penile covering. So your risk for HIV is almost nil and there is no need of testing for HIV.

what fluid is excreted from the nipples?
this fluid can't enter the penis?
rubbing nipples and breast would be skin to skin contact? breast fluid is it deactivated by air conditions? as you say contact with breast fluid will not transmit the infection?

Brief Answer:
Rubbing against breast has no risk for HIV.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Normally no fluid will come through nipples. Only during lactation and around lactation or some pathology with breast or pituitary gland can get fluid, milk or discharge from nipple and not in a normal condition.

That fluid can neither enter into the penis nor urethral orifice nor can it cause fresh HIV infection.

when i squuezed the breast they was no excretion.
she mainly rubbed penis on the breast abd just touched the nipple.
If they was fluid out side the nipple. wouldnt that be inactivated by external conditions.
can this fluid be active if it entered penis orifice?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sankaranantham Murugan (37 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is almost 'nil'

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

As there was no secretion or discharge from her breast, you need not bother about the same. HIV cannot survive outside the body fluids, not more than a few seconds or after the secretion of body fluid has dried up. By rubbing against the breast or nipple, HIV cannot enter either into the penis or the urethral orifice.
