Can HIV Be Contracted Through Contact Of Foreign Blood On Open Wound?

Question: Hi doctor, my question is that I recently drink sugarcane juice from a shop, there a boy was putting sugarcane in machine and collecting juice in a steel utensil in open area, then he poured water in glass and washed them with his hand and then serve me a glass of sugarcane juice, my question is what if he has aids and suppose some blood from his finger mix in sugarcane juice or some blood drop fall in glass while washing and then I drink that juice which may contain blood drop of his blood will this infect me with HIV?

Thanks for your answer sir, actually I m thinking that I m suffering of HIV anxiety disorder, bcoz one day when I was standing at bus stop, one unsound man which was standing behind me started peeing in public, I spent entire day in thinking that what if he is HIV positive, if some particle of blood or semen in his urine put on my clothes, second incident is that I was traveling in a crowded bus suddenly a person scratch my thumb and slight tiny blood come up from my thumb again I started what if that person was HIV positive. Sir I request u to plz guide me how HIV spread bcoz now I have developed a crowd phobia. Plz help thanks and regards XXXXXXX XXXX

HIV is not spreading through all those way you had mentioned so no need to get anxious or worried for HIV. The most common route of HIV transmission is unprotected sexual intercourse. Other ways from blood transfusion, use infected needles or syringes and from infected mother to her baby so just calm down, forget about the episode and move ahead.
