Brief Answer:
Some substances and conditions may cause false positive results.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Drugs you mentioned are not found to cause false positive results of cocaine tests.

Possible substances and drugs that may cause such false positive results include penicillin group antibiotics (penicillin, ampicillin, amoxicillin), tonic water (if used for long periods), and some conditions such liver and kidney diseases (infections for example ).

To mention, in some cases, there are also human errors.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards.

Brief Answer:
Coca plant substances may be a possibility.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

If the chocolate contains coca plant substances, it may be possible to result in false positive testing for cocaine.

Cocaine also may be put in food and beverages and resulting this way in false positive testing.

Besides immunoassay testing ( when it results positive ), Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (or GC-MS) test is more specific and accurate test with minimal false positive results.

Hope I helped you.

Kind regards.
