Brief answer....take it as advised by your doctor
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
FORTS  B is a good multivitamin tablet and can be taken as advised by your doctor.
But this tablet is lacking a very important B vitamin called as methylcobalamine ( VIT B 12 )
I would advise you to take a methylcobalamine tablet also along with FOURTS B tablet.
Continue the treatment as advised by your doctor.
I hope this helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me or any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
