Brief Answer:
Not thinking it's related to silicates, but to possible calcium stones...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

I was also reviewing other discussions you're having with other doctors and got to know that the buildup were from urine collection I believe? Right?

As you have a history of kidney stones, they seem calcium sediment. I think they were taking after collecting your urine for some hours?

Immediate urine analysis is needed. You can take a home testing kit at your local drug store to get an immediate urine analysis.

However, I still think you should send an urine sample in the lab to see the crystals and urine sediment under microscope to identify the right crystal types. From what I see, I can't related to silicates in Excedrin. They can be found in very very small amounts in Excedrin tablet so won't cause such buildups.

For the moment, I advise to keep drinking lots of water (sometimes water is hard and cause calcium stones in the kidneys); and take uva-ursi/cranberry supplements.
Magnesium/zinc citrate can help too.

Wish fast recovery!
