Question: Would taking a bath in Epson Salt help with my electronic imbalance with what's vibrations in arm due to my fasting??

They are not really aggravating only when I am laying down I was on Anexity pill and muscle spasms meds it's more of a vibration and I just finished a 5 day fast they are 24/7 but doesn't affect my motor skills at all

Epsom salt will help your condition in more than 1 way, it will relax your anxiety, muscle and nerve function. I recommend that you use Epsom salt.
However to know why you are having these vibrations I suggest you approach a neurologist for the following tests

1. vitamin b12 and vitamin d
2. nerve conduction study
3. thyroid function test
4. if the above tests are normal then I suggest a muscle biopsy as well

From my training days out of personal experience I recommend that following things as I was suffering from anxiety issues as well

1. Tab propranolol just before a meeting/ seminar. Speak to your doctor regarding this
2. yoga helped a lot. Especially the breathing exercises
3. meditation, try mediation classes by XXXXXXX XXXXXXX Ravishankar
