Brief Answer:
No use of these medicines now

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Endogest is progesterone which is given to make the uterine environment more favourable for pregnancy.
Aspirin 75 is given to increase the blood supply to the fetus.
Folic acid is given to decrease the risk of congenital anomalies in the fetus.
However, all these medicines are meant to be given in first and second trimester as their major role is in that period only.
It is of no use to take them in third trimester, moreover aspirin should be stopped at 34 weeks strictly.
I will suggest you not to take these medicines, as these are not useful at this time and have no relation with previous miscarriage.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
