Hi XXXXXXX

Duromine and zoloft both act through a common substance present in body known as serotonin.

Serotonin is a neurotransmitter involved in appetite stimulation and emotional functions.

So these two drugs should not be combined with each other.

It may cause brain and respiratory symptoms.

It may cause decreased attention span and respiratory depression.

better to avoid duromine.

Hope Ive made things clear.

I will be available for follow up.

Regards
