Brief Answer:
Cyclopam is a good medicine to get relief from bowel movement pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I have gone through the prescription and I have concluded that your son is suffering from some intestinal infection(enteritis/colitis).Spasmodic pain is very common due to increased intestinal motility during enteritis.
Cyclopam contains Dicyclomin and it is a very good antispasmodic agent.
Diof-DS contains Ofloxacin and metronidazole. These are very good antibiotic for intestinal infection.
I would suggest you to give Diof-DS,Cyclopam along with ORS,Zinc and probiotic as advised.
Also give lansoprazole an acid reducing agent, once a day for any acidity related symptoms.
Avoid fruit juice and dairy product as there is a high chance of transiet lactose intolerance duting loose stool. These undigested milk products lead to formation of gas and thus flatulence and pain abdomen.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.

Pain is more common in colitis or amebic infection. Diof DS contains metronidazole which works well against these organism. So I would suggest you to give the antibiotic for better effect.

Today morning we have given diof-Ds to my child as per your advice,I have one more question on swine flu vaccination. Our previous doctor last year suggested to take swine flu vaccine for my child in this month, recently we shifted to new place when we asked about the vaccination near by pediatrician,he said that there is no such vaccination and suggested only take normal flu vaccination.

You aware that last year swine flu spreaded all over XXXXXXX what do you suggest for my child sir?

Brief Answer:
The normal flu vaccine covers swine flu

Detailed Answer:

I m sorry for delayed reply

Your doctor is right. The normal flu vaccine like influvac,Nasovac and vaxigrip available in XXXXXXX protects against swine flu (H1N1)virus.
There is no other specific influenza vaccine.
So go for vaccination as advised by your doctor.

Thanks and regards
