Detailed Answer:

Hello,

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your mother health and I would like to tell you that her ECG is perfectly normal and well within the normal limits.

Her doctor has changed the medicine to dilzem sr because it’s a sustained release preparation which has more stable and long term blood pressure control.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:

Hello

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Negative P waves usually signifies right or left atrial abnormality and a negative ST T change signifies myocardial ischemia.

But I don't find any significant abnormality in the ECG which you have uploaded here.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
