Can Digene Be Taken For Myasthenia Gravis?

Question: I am 52 years taking cellcept 500 mg morning and 250 mg evening for 3 years as treatment for mysthenia gravis.
Now for 10 days I have developed a digestive problem. Headache and gastric problem after taking a meal.
Please suggest can I take digene or any other medicine and precautions for this.
