Brief Answer:
Ultrasound report needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This is due to PCOD problem and thus is a hormone imbalance and will require hormone pills on regular basis which will regulate your periods and also control the loss of blood during periods.
In the meanwhile before starting hormones ultrasound report will be needed.
Also try to have an active lifestyle and in case you are overweight then losing weight will control PCOD problem to a large extent by setting up the hormones in right proportion.
Most likely you won't be having any fibroid in uterus because you don't have any pain in periods which is a constant feature in fibrods.
Get the ultrasound and then we can discuss further management.

Brief Answer:
Will stop in a day or two

Detailed Answer:
Ever since the bleeding has decreased it will stop in next couple of days so you can visit your doctor a day after tomorrow.
Mild spotting if at all persists has no implication on Ultrasound findings but in case full flow is there then also you need to talk to your doctor so that he can add medicine to stop the flow if needed.
