Brief Answer:
Dermovate cream should not be used on vaginal mucosa.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic. I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Dermovate is a super potent steroid. It can be applied to skin but not for vaginal mucosa.

Vagisil anti itch cream is good. But if you are not responding to it try using canesten ( clotrimazole cream) . The itching could be due to vaginal atrophy too. Discuss with your doctor. After examination she will be able to tell if you need to estrogen cream.
If the itching is severe discuss with your doctor and use antihistamines like chlorpheniramine maleate at night.

I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
