Can Decdan be used by body building athletes?

Question: Hello,
Can Decadan Tablets be used by bodybuilding atheletes, is there any side effect and do we get any results in muscle size bulding. Pls let me know if it is not safe than what medicine can be taken for building muscle size.

Decdan contains dexomethasone and a steroid. It is not indicated for body building. It can cause weight gain as a side effect but that is not good for overall health. And for athletes it is prohibited drug. There are lots of side effects of its short term and long term use. So I do not recommend it at all for body building.

The best way for body building is exercise and high protein diet, no specific medicine is needed.

Consult physiotherapist for specific muscle exercises and join gym later on.
For muscles building main important nutrition is protein. Milk, eggs, sprouts, legumes, pulses and meat are high protein diet include the in your daily food. With consistent efforts you can build body in healthy way.
