Posted on Tue, 22 Jul 2014 in Urinary and Bladder Problems
Question: I am taking Methotrexate 5mg per week for my Psoriasis since last 5 months. My psoriasis is in very much control and I dont have any other health problem. I just want to know that, can I take Dapoxetine 30mg ( only on demand and not frequently or regularly) ? Is there any contraindications of taking Dapoxetine 30mg when I am on Methotrexate 5mg.?

Thanks for the reply.
I took Dapoxetine 30mg yesterday(1st time ever) before 2 hours of sex.
But it did not help me. I face PE problem every time since marriage(9 years).
I ejaculate within 30 secs after penetration.
But my wife don't have any problem with me because she gets satisfied during foreplay only.
How can increase my ejaculation time? Any other medicine? Or I have to use Dapoxetine more times for its effect?

Thanks & Regards,

Brief Answer:
try for a few more times

Detailed Answer:

The drug might not work with a single dose. Try taking it for a few more times to see a response.

If even after that no response is there then we will think about changing to some other drug.
