Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

From the available description, there is a clear possibility of interaction between dextromethorphan and other drugs acting on the central nervous system such as alprazolam, quetiapine and escitalopram.

Even there is a risk of serotonin syndrome if the medication is taken without supervision.

In my opinion, it will be better if you can give him just paracetamol for headache as this is an effective medication for this purpose.

Hope I have answered your query.
