CAN I CUT A 6.5 DOSE OF COREG IN HALF AND USE IT FOR A 3.125 DOSE WITHOUT A PROBLEM?

No, that is not advisable.

Hello,

Its better to get a 3.125 mg tablet rather than breaking 6.5 mg tablet.

Sometimes these tablets are designed for slow release and breaking tablet will alter this.
