Question: I have insomnia have taken 1.5 clonazepam and 900 mg gabapentin for restless legs. No relief Can I tAke one more clonazepam

Yes you can take another tablet without problem.

The safe maximum daily of clonazepam is up to 4 mg.So you can take it.

But if with 1.5 mg you feel sleepy again shows that the dosage should be increased
