Brief Answer:
not contraindicated

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Clenbuterol is pregnancy category C drug, and canbe rtaken in pregnancy if the benefits outweigh the risk. It is not known to affect the fetus adversely in various studies.
T3 also do not causes harm to the fetus.
However, since you are pregnant now, you should take these medications under the guidance of an OBGYN specialist.
