Brief Answer:
Repeat the dosage now

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear MXXXX

It is important to receive the dosage once again right now and not to wait for 4 hours.
It is very much likely that the tablet would have been dissolved in the gastric content and which in turn has been vomited out within 5 minutes of intake.
Also Calpol (Paracetamol) is a comparatively safe drug and there is no need to be worried off.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
