Most common cause of cold with fever in this age is some viral infection.
Calpol which contains paracetamol and cetrizine which is an anti allergic can be given for cold and fever. Most of the babies respond to this treatment.
Blukof is a cough syrup which contains ambroxol (a sputum thinning agent) and terbutaline (decreases airway spasm) .This can be given if there is cough or wheeze (noisy breath).
Azee XL contains azithromycin an antibiotic.
As most of the cases are due to viral infection I personally don't recommend antibiotic.
I would like to observe for next 2-3 days.I won't get worried if child us active and there is no breathing problem
I hope this helps.
