Brief Answer:
Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
However, I first need to know why you are taking the 2 medicines.
Also what are the other medical issues and medicine you take.

In general, the 2 medicine belong to 2 different systems of medicines.
And as such the usual concept is to avoid the 2 systems together.
Therefore, I need the aforementioned response to know whether something is essential.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
