Question: Below back of knee calf area is icing & heat recomended? How about Advil. My husband was going down stairs and heard a snap below back of knee calf area

1. If injury is more then 48 hours old then there is no role of ice. Apply hot water fomentation .
2. Compression bandage applied
3.Avoid standing or prolong walking
4.Volini gel local application
5.tablet Advil can be taken.
