Brief Answer:
Abilify has partial agonistic activity at dopamine receptors.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Abilify and serlect are both atypical antipsychotics. But abilify has partial agonistic activity at dopamine receptors unlike other atypical antipsychotic drugs.
The prominent side effect of ability is mainly akathisia. It is theoretically safer than other atypicals with respect to metabolic side effects.
Serlect can cause sexual side effects whereas ability does not.

Hope this answers your query.
Thanks.
