Question: I got hit on the inside of my right leg & now I have a bump on the inside about the size of half a baseball. What is it?

Thanks for the question.

This can be a subcutaneous hematoma after injury.

Few things which can help are rest, ice application, compression and if swelling increases then elevate the limb. If there is significant pain then you can take oral analgesic/painkillers.

Such hematomas do take time to resolve. But when they become asymptomatic, they should not be cause of concern.
