Breathlessness After Intercourse, No Chest Pain, Practising Ayurveda. Am I Doing Too Much?

Question: Its about breathing strongly after coitus. No chaste pain though. I pass regularly se hearth - health checks with no problems each time, thanks God. Practice taoist holding off premature ejaculation of over 30 minutes , plenty of time for my wife to reach several orgasms, before I do . I do this voluntarily and following advices of " multi-orgasm couples" , "adjuverda" practices. I am still sportive , 1M82 tall, 64 kg - rather light weight, swimming every 2 or 3 days 500M. But I'm an anxious HPS person. (HPS: hyper sensitive person). Am I doing too much? Since we make love 'only' once in every 10 days or so. Thank you.
I forgot to add that my heartbeat rate is around 60, but gets up ( too) quickly by emotions. Blood pressure is usually low with me (about 110)

Hello,
Thanks for writing in.
Given that you are physically fit and your cardiovascular status is normal, you can continue with whatever you are doing.
It is normal to get slightly breathless after physical exertion. However, if this exertion is accompanied by discomfort, chest pain or a feeling that something is seriously wrong, I would suggest you see a physician.
A resting heart rate of 60 beats per minute is normal in athletes and it is not something you need to be concerned about.
However, the anxiety part can be controlled with meditation and XXXXXXX breathing exercises. If these don’t help, you may need to see a psychotherapist or psychiatrist.
I hope I have answered your concerns. I shall be available for follow ups.
Warm regards
