Blood test showed positive for leuckolytes but negative for nitrates. Leukolytes could be present before ovulation?

I was wondering if leukolytes could be present right before ovulation? i took one of those azo test strip kits and it came back positive for leuckolytes but negative for nitrates.

there is no correlation between ovulation with leukocytes in urine. pl drink lots of water and repeat urine test. it's good to do urine culture along with routine and microscopic. also look for symptoms like frequency burning pain while urinating
