Question: platelet count-4.19; ESR-112; RBC-5.29; MCV-60.70; MCH-18.50; CHC-30.50; RD and few targetW-22.
The red blood cells show hypochromia and anisopoikilocystosis. Microcytes and few target cells are seen. The white cells are normal. The platelets are adequate.

You have stated the result of your complete blood count. Still you haven't mentioned the hemoglobin levels and Total Leukocytes Count
