i have a question regarding a possible abdominal or intestinal problem. i have been suffering from bloating, gas and a constant feeling that I need to use the bathroom even after I have already just gone. it feels like the anus is under constant pressure as if i have the urge to use the bathroom but nothing really comes out.

Thanks for the query

I think you are having intestinal amoebiasis.

Take tablet metronidazole.
Drink lots of water , fresh lime juice with sugar and salt , coconut water etc
Avoid spicy food.Eat curd and rice.
Take antacids like pentoperazole , rabiperazole or ranitidine etc.
You can take gasex tablets for the gas relief.
It is better if you give your stools in lab for examining ova and parasites.
Take some antispasmodics like mefenemic acid also.
If symptoms still persist visit a specialist so in need he or she can start up with IV line and antibiotics.
Wishing you good health
