Hi mr XXXXXXX,
The condition you are describing can be lichen planus, varicosities ,purpuric lesions ,erythema nodosum etc.
Also I would like to know-
Do you have itching /burning over the lesion?
Are they painful on touching or without touching also?
Since when you have them?
Can you upload images of the affected area?
Photos can help a lot in predicting the condition.
Upload the photographs and we can continue the discussion here.
I will be available for follow up.
