Question: Before one month I touched with one lady without condom and hugged the lady and don't intercourse with her and touched my penis on her back and also masturbation my penis by her. Please explain

From the available description it appears that there was no exchange of body fluids and this rules out possibility of HIV transmission. In fact this rules out possibility of all infections which are transmitted by body fluids such as HBV, HCV, syphilis, gonorrhea among others.

Even if the penis touch her private parts there is no chance of HIV transmission as it does not cause mixing of body fluids between women and you.

As there are no problems till date the chances of causing problem in near future is very low.
