Welcome to healthcare Magic!
It seems you are having an ongoing infection in the nose and sinuses.
When there is chronic infection then the bacteria invade the local tissues and cause slough/pus formation, it collects in the sinuses and cause foul smell to self and at times to others also.
You need a local examination of nose and sinuses and would also need a course of broad spectrum antibiotics if no local debris is found.
Wish you a great health!
