Hello Doctor XXXXXXX

I am doing good. Back pain is mild and in the morning when, I wake up pain is on higher side.
I am not taking any medicines.

Back pain is on L4 & L5. I checked with doctor and he said about something called disc bulge which is very minor. And asked me to do physical activities.
