Brief Answer:
no HIV symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You recently engaged in high risk behavior with a prostitute. Fortunately you used a condom so your chance for HIV is very low. The blisters you are experiencing now is called dishydrosis and is caused by the sweat glands of the hands and feet not going completely to the outside but underneath the skin causing blisters. It could also be eczema. For both the dishydrosis and the eczema a topical steroid like hydrocortisone will help reduce the blisters and aid in resolving the issue. You do not have symptoms of HIV

Brief Answer:
Dishydrosis

Detailed Answer:
More than likely the blisters are from the high heat and exercise. I would recommend using topical steroids for the next 1-2 weeks to see if this settles down. This is definitely not HIV.

Brief Answer:
Hand foot and mouth disease

Detailed Answer:
With that additional information you may have hand foot and mouth disease. This is a viral illness usually seen in children but also in young adults. This is self limiting and will resolve in 1 week. There is no treatment as it is a viral illness and there are no antiviral medications to treat it.
