Recommendations for weight loss:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

For weight loss, it really isn't a good idea to take a particular vitamin or supplement. Sustained weight loss requires changing lifestyle, and is someone who is 96, this should be done very slowly and carefully. For any age, the best way is with eating a healthy well balanced diet rich in vegetables. Eliminate any added sugars such as that in sweets and soda pop. Although having these occasionally is fine. And increase activity as much as is safely possible, but increase this very gradually as tolerated.

I hope this answers your question. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
