Brief Answer:
Petechiae seen on the roof of the mouth.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Red spots on the roof of mouth are not a normal finding.
I see the photo you attached on the previous question and the red spots that you are having are petechiae on the roof of the month. They can happen when you are suffering from pharyngitis or streptococcus infection, candida infection or irritation of the throat by substances found in toothpaste or chemicals in certain foods.

No specific treatment is needed.
If you are having streptococcus infection or candida you should treat it and the petechiae will go also.

You may need to do a throat culture to check for candida or cocci .

Avoid foods that cause irritation.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
