Brief Answer:
Hello. This represents iron deficiency anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have seen the reports. So this does not represent aplastic anemia. It is iron deficiency anemia. Likely cause is nutritional deficiency. However, blood loss from gut can also be the cause. You require evaluation for the same.
