In recent years there has been increase in variety of natural remedies for Migraine. A variety of vitamins and supplements are recommended like magnesium,riboflavin,co enzyme Q10. But till now there are only few controlled studies to support this. Try to recognize precipitating factors like any particular food and avoid it. Thank you so much. I took my daughter to a pediatric neurologist today and he suggested the same. I sure hope my little girl gets some relief woth these! Fingers crossed. Thank you again for such great advice.
