2. Improving immunity with good nutritional diet, regular exercises and maintaining a active life, will help. This will slow tumour progression.

3. Avoid delaying treatment, as any further progression, would make it more complicated. Alternative therapy maybe used to reduce stress, pain or other symptoms. Chemotherapy, if the myeloma has spread is essential.
