Is it Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen and Hyoscyamine Sulfate.
Using Hydrocodone together with hyoscyamine can increase the effects of either medication. This can commonly cause dizziness, drowsiness, difficulty concentrating, dry mouth, abdominal cramping, and constipation.

Hyoscine and acetaminophen, does not produce clinically significant interaction.
