Brief Answer:
Shots to regenerate arteries are still under testing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I suppose you were asking about the blocked arteries in Peripheral artery disease or arteries supplying the heart. There is a lot of research still going on to make it available for mankind. As I know and as of now I think the shots are trailing and still did not come for human use or at least the FDA approval has not arrived.

You can contact Centre for Regenerative Medicine, Mayo Clinic, XXXXXXX MN.

Brief Answer:
that is claudication

Detailed Answer:
It works on same principle. The arteries are spasm after some work and unable to deliver oxygen leading to pain. You should first see a vascular surgeon.

Brief Answer:
Role of diet is not defined completely

Detailed Answer:
Though there is no specific diet program designed as per the evidences available in the clinical medicine, a non inflammatory diet and healthy exercise should definitely regenerate arteries to some extent.

Non inflammatory diet is the one that is near to the nature and nothing processed. I am sure you know what is processed. For e.g: the processing of sugar is thus. Sugarcane to sugarcane juice to jaggery to brown sugar to white sugar. So it is important to consume sugarcane and jaggery than white sugar.

Running, swimming all help in release of endostatin immediately after healthy exercise that further helps in arterial cell growth. Absolutely this is the like the injection of growth factor FGF1," the "on" switch for arterial growth that you were talking about.

So how long is an enigma for the clinical scientists.
