Question: I am taking 500mg of nandrolone deaconate per week.
I have a z pak of 500mg azithromyacin
Is there any interactions of the steroids and the antibiotic.

I checked and there are no known drug interactions between the anabolic steroid nandrolone decanoate and the antibiotic azithromycin. So it is safe to take both.

You may want to have some food in your stomach when taking the azithromycin as it can be a bit irritating on the stomach. You may also want to take a probiotic (good bacteria) while on any antibiotic but space out taking the azithromycin tablet(s) with the probiotic - take a couple of hours apart.
