Hello and thanks for asking your query on this forum.

Problem with gall stone is that gall bladder is connected to hepato biliary system via common bile duct and any exercise which involves change in pressure between thorax and abdomen could cause the stone to slip out of the gallbladder into duct which may block pancreas leading to pancreatitis which can be life threatening.

So as such there are no restrictions but try to avoid exercises which involve change in pressure like yoga (anulom vilom or kapalbhanti) and other yogas.

Rest waking jogging etc are ok and you could do it.
